And these chocolate chip cookies never disappoint. They’re crunchy and soft and have a little taste of caramel that is perfect to cheer these gray afternoons.
We leave you some pictures that, we hope, will leave your mouth watering.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
230gr of butter
180gr of brown sugar
90gr of white sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
450gr of plain flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of your favorite chocolate chips
In a bowl, whisk together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar, until it gets creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and the eggs, one at a time.
Then you should add the flour, baking powder, and salt, and stir it all until it gets combined.
In the end, add the chocolate chips.
If you want you can shape the cookies with a tablespoon, so they look all the same. But, if you want our opinion, we like them looking a little more rustic.
Put the cookies in the tray that you prepared early, separated by 3cm, and put them in the oven for 8 minutes, or until they look a little browned.
Remove from the oven and let them cool before eating them.
